In a relaxed first meeting we get to know each other and discuss your wedding and wishes in detail. We will see if we fit together and how I can best support you on your wedding day.

After our conversation I will create a tailored day-of-coordination package for your wedding.

Our journey begins when you say "yes" to me and a stress-free wedding day!
4 PLANNING, PREPARATION, COORDINATION
We schedule another meeting and go over your big day in all the detail. We discuss open to do's and I give you valuable tips & tricks for the further planning. In addition, you give me the list of booked vendors, if necessary also contacts to the bridal party and family members, so that I can coordinate with all participants.
5 FINAL PLANNING MEETING
A few days before the wedding we sit down together and discuss the final schedule for your big day as well as last to-do's, which I will take over for you in the week before the wedding. This way you can take a deep breath before the wedding, finish writing your vows or go to the nail salon. You can relax - knowing that everything is under control.
6 LET'S DO THIS - YOUR WEDDING
The day is finally here! Whatever you need: I'm here for you. I'll coordinate the set-up while you get ready, escort your guests to the ceremony, signal the band as you enter, and decorate the dinner hall while you chat with your guests at the reception.
